Good News Productions AG was founded in 1970. André Béchir took over the company in 1972. As Managing Director, he was passionately committed to the idea of bringing international world stars to perform in Switzerland. To date, Good News Productions AG has organized well over 5,000 concerts and shows, making it the market leader in the Swiss concert industry.
The company Good News Productions AG was sold to Ringier AG and Deutsche Entertainment AG (DEAG) in 2000. In 2013, Ringier AG’s stake was taken over by the previous majority shareholder DEAG. With this strong owner behind it, Good News will continue to play a leading role in the Swiss live entertainment market in the future. In November 2015, Stefan Matthey took over the management of the company as CEO.

In 1976, Hubert d’Ornano founded SISLEY together with his wife Isabelle, following the success of their first cosmetics company alongside his father and brother. Isabelle d’Ornano is still involved in the day-to-day running and creative management of the company.
She works hand in hand with her children. Her son Philippe d’Ornano is President of SISLEY and is in charge of developing the company’s global strategy. Her daughter Christine d’Ornano is Managing Director and is responsible for developing the brand image, while Isabelle d’Ornano’s granddaughter Daria Botin is head of SISLEY’s in-house creative studio.
